I just came across an interesting story from the Rotary Club of Northern Guam and thought I'd share it with you.
 
Barely lit by the early evening moon, the Rotary Club of Northern Guam last night unveiled its long-anticipated Peace Memorial, which is tucked away at Two Lovers' Point. The memorial came as part of the club's declaration of Guam as a peace island to the Rotary International, joining more than 100 other cities and islands that already have memorialized a dedication to peace.

June was Rotary Fellowships Month! Fellowships bring Rotarians, their spouses, and Rotaractors together to share common interests, explore new opportunities to serve, enhance the Rotary experience through fun activities, and further vocational development through friendship. They are celebrated through Rotary Fellowships Month.

Sandy recently forwarded to club members a letter that was received from the Assistant District Governor in India, where our club purchased sewing machines for the women to learn how to sew. Attached to the letter were some photos, including one with a sign with our club name on it!
