Thirteen students from Rotary District 7870 competed in the finals of Rotary’s “4-Way Test” speech contest on April 29th. All speeches needed to be between 5-7 minutes and about the tenants of Rotary’s 4-way test. The top five received scholarships, but all students had already received a top award from their home clubs.
