We issue a warm welcome to all of you who may have seen a Rotary billboard in either southeastern Michigan or in Ontario near Chatham.  Come and join us for lunch and check us out.  We offer opportunities for fellowship, friends, camaraderie and an opportunity to give back to our communities.  While you are at this site please check out our current club bulletin (newsletter) or any other item that may be of interest to you, including archive newsletters.  We are a service club.  We are a nonpolitical, nonracial, nonethnic, nonreligious organization with clubs in over 200 countries of the world.

Pulitzer Prize-winning historian David M. Oshinsky PhD gave a very lucid and fascinating lecture on the history of polio focussing on the medical research and the philanthropy that eradicated the scourge from USA.  This was part of the cultural series sponsored by Macomb Community College.  Sterling Heights RotaryClub helped to publicize the event as well as passing out flyers on Rotary's efforts to eradicate polio world-wide.

Please click here for more detailed information about polio on Rotary International website.

To make donations to this cause please make a check to Sterling Heights Rotary Club Polio Fund
