"Celebrate Rotary" is the theme for this year’s 38th annual Catfish Fry & Crawfish Boil Fundraiser.  The event, which has made our club legendary in the Rotary world, will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2013, from 11:00 am-3:00 pm, at the North Shore Rotary Pavilion located at 14350 Wallisville Road. Incoming club president, Matt Davis, promises “this will be the best fundraiser ever”. The North Shore Rotary Club is well known among Rotary clubs around the world as a leader when it comes to fundraising success. Over the past 12 years alone, the club membership along with hundreds of volunteers, sponsors and supporters has raised well over $4,200,000.00 , much of which has gone back into the community in the form of scholarships, community improvement projects, support for national & international projects, educational initiatives and many other worthwhile causes.

From the live auction, to the silent auction, to the raffle of a 2013 Silver Toyota Tacoma Texas Edition Pick Up Truck or a 2013 Red Toyota Venza with Leather interior courtesy of Community Toyota - Honda - Kia in Baytown, TX and many other prizes, to the awesome catfish & crawfish with all the fixin’s, there really is something for everyone at this year’s fundraiser. We will even have some entertainment along the way. Whether you choose the live auction, the silent auction or both, you will find one-of-a-kind treasures to bid on while you experience the thrill of a live auctioneer and excitement of bidding for a variety of “one of a kind” items, memorabilia, antiques, art, hunting & fishing trips, tools, collectables, electronics and many other unique items.

The silent auction has items too numerous to list here but the live auction is where all the excitement is! Check this website later for updates and a list of live auction items.

Other raffle prizes include a Las Vegas hotel stay with a $500 gift card, a half side of beef, weekend getaways, sports packages, electronics and many other prizes. Tickets are $100 each and there will be a limited amount of tickets sold. Odds for winning a prize are 1 in 40 so make sure to purchase your raffle ticket from any North Shore Rotary member.

Tickets are now being sold for both the raffle and the Fish Fry & Crawfish Boil dinners. Raffle tickets are $100.00 each and each ticket includes two (2) meals. Meal tickets are $10.00 each for either a fried catfish dinner or a boiled crawfish dinner.

This event wouldn’t be possible without the support and donations from our corporate sponsors. This year’s sponsors have stepped up to support the club and our community and we owe them our thanks and gratitude. The sponsors include:
