The Rotary Club of Fort Collins supports and participates in a variety of community-based projects. We provide charitable grants to several other local service organizations; lead many youth-oriented projects, such as the Four-Way Test program that introduces high ethical standards to junior high students; and Rotary READ, to encourage literacy and good reading habits among our children.

Each year, our club supports local students in their participation in Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, Rotary Youth Exchanges and provides numerous scholarships for post-secondary education. Each month, the club recognizes an outstanding public school teacher, high school student and ROTC Cadet. Annually we recognize a Master Agriculturist and join two other Rotary clubs in Fort Collins in recognizing the Poudre School District Teacher of the Year.

The Rotary Club of Fort Collins, working closely with the Rotary Foundation, Rotary clubs in developing has completed numerous potable water projects in poor communities in Asia and Latin America; supported a variety of health-related service projects; and led the way in developing programs to help prevent and control devastating mosquito-borne diseases such as West Nile and Dengue Fever. In addition, our club has supported numerous projects to equip schools, provide microcredit for self-sustaining business enterprises and support a wide variety of other health and education initiatives in poor communities around the world.
