We just finished delivery of the dictionaries to the 3rd Graders. We delivered 278 dictionaries to Hoover, Roosevelt, Schweitzer, Taft, St. Michael's, St. Joseph's and St. Mary's.

Thanks for everyone's help. If you didn't get a chance to help this year, make it a point to help next year. It is a very rewarding experience.

Let's celebrate March Literacy Madness!  

Here are some suggestions on becoming totally MAD about LITERACY:

1. Give a children's book or two to Trish to take to PETS (President Elect Training Seminar)
2. Bring it to the next meeting or drop off at Mark Chevrolet.  
3. Check a book out of the library or donate a book to the library.  
4. Read the Rotary magazine.  
5. Donate a magazine subscription to the library.  
6. Volunteer to be a literacy tutor with the school district.  
7. Check out an electronic book using Overdrive from the library.
