Seacoast Rotary
Club is an energetic group with members ranging in age from 25 to 80
years young. The club is made up professionals ranging from a former NBA
player to bankers, realtors, small business owners, insurance
professionals, Firefighters, Police officers, non-profit executives and
many others. We welcome you to join us for a breakfast meeting at the
Gaslight Restaurant any Thursday morning at 7:30 am.
Seacoast Rotary Club is very involved in the local community through a
variety of community service and fundraising projects. Our major
fundraiser is the Annual Turkey Trot 5K road race on Thanksgiving
morning. This event started in 2009 and now attracts over 2,000 runners
and raises over $40,000 each year. We donate the majority of the money
we raise to local or international non-profits and causes.
We have several regular community service projects that we conduct
annually, including serving elders holiday meals at a local nursing
home, landscaping at local non-profits, performing beach clean ups, and a
car seat program that we run in conjunction with Families First to
provide car seats for infants and children to deserving families.
Joining a Rotary club is a great way to get involved in your community
and to meet new people. Please stop by and visit us some Thursday
