Tomorrow evening is our quarterly social night. We’ll be meeting at Jaker’s instead of Elevation. Our only piece of business for the evening will be to cast a sealed ballot for a club Rotarian of the Year. If you are unable to attend please send an email to linda.deboard@zionsbank, an independent email (cause it is a secret) by Wednesday, May 1st.
The presentation and results will be revealed prior to the installation of new officers at her final meeting. |

LOCAL BARTENDERS SHAKE FOR A GOOD CAUSE
Twin Falls After Hours Rotary teamed up with the best Magic Valley Mixologists to raise money for local charities at the First Annual Martini Tasting Contest and Masquerade Ball. Guests were dressed in their best, tasted martinis from Jakers, Rock Creek, Elevation 486, Garibaldis and Anchor Bistro to vote on their favorites. Jakers ~~People’s Choice Award for Key Lime Martini Garibaldi’s created a special martini for the event and took home the Best Themed Rock Creek ~~ Fastest Shaker Award In addition to the fabulous martini tasting, there were special appetizers from Twin Falls Sandwich Company, Jakers, Elevation 486, Buffalo Wild Wings and a Chocolate Fountain to finish things off.  |

An Evening of Mystery & Romance
Twin Falls Center for the Arts Auditorium Join us for a night of mystery and romance at the 1st Annual Valentine's Martini Tasting & Masquerade Ball. Relive the renaissance age Romeo & Juliet style in your finest garb and masquerade mask. You and your forbidden love can enjoy delectable hors d’oeuvres while you imbibe on Magic Valley's finest Martini Mixers to vote on the best martini. No sword fighting allowed though…. only dancing to the sounds of The Moon Pies with your loved ones and friends. A formal unmasking occurs towards the end of the evening to see who your Romeo/Juliet is! No tragic ending here -- poisons and daggers not needed. Costume dress optional but a Masquerade mask is encouraged as various prizes will be awarded for creative masquerade masks, best dressed couple/individual and much more. Have fun with it and be creative! A silent auction will be held throughout the evening to support the Auger Falls Park Project and Magic Valley Charities. Tickets are $35 each or $65 for a couple.  Contact a Twin Falls After Hours Rotarian for tickets. Tickets are limited and should be bought in advance.

The Twin Falls Rotary After Hours will NOT be meeting on the following dates due to the Holidays. Tuesday December 25th, 2012 Tuesday January 1st, 2013 We will have our regular scheduled meetings at 5:30 the following Tuesday January 8th.

The Rotary Club of Twin Falls After Hours is looking for donations for our new project! We are putting together Blessing Bags for the homeless in Twin Falls to be distributed during the holidays. These gallon size bags consist of basic hygiene items, high protein snacks, etc. If you can help us with any of these items please contact Sandy @ 320-1515 by December 3rd. Thanks!

October 30th Welcome to our 5th Tuesday Dinner Night During the creation of our club we made a decision that every month that had a 5th Tuesday in it would be a dinner night. We choose a place to meet for dinner and invite family and guests to share what Rotary is all about in an informal setting. Please join us! |

The TF After Hours Rotary Club applied for a $500 simplified grant with the District for the Women's Crisis Center in Twin Falls ID. in January. We have received word today that this grant has been awarded! We voted during our Visioning Meetings that we would like to support The Women's Crisis Center. The $500 will be a great start for the club to begin much needed work for them. |
