Tahoe-Douglas Rotary Club's 44th Annual St Patrick's Day Celebration is scheduled for Friday, March 16, at Harrah's Convention Center.

Tahoe-Douglas and South Lake Tahoe Rotary Clubs hosted the Area 9 Foundation Dinner at Harrah's Casino on Thursday, Nov. 17. The event was well attended by approximately 140 Rotarians, Interactors, Rotoractors, and spouses. 

Tahoe-Douglas Rotary paid tribute to all Veterans at the club meeting on Friday, Nov. 11. World War II veterans were special guests of honor and Frank Renolds, regional commandant of the Marine Corps League, was the guest speaker. The meetings was an opportunity for the local business community (at least our part of it) to take time to recognize surviving Veterans on a one-on-one basis.

Tahoe-Douglas Rotary is proud to announce its very own, Joe Zarachoff, as the selected District Governor Nominee for the Rotary Year 2014-2015.

On Aug. 12, 2011, a handsome quad of bandits quickly and easily defeated the seemingly impenetrable bell defense system. Although the double locks, chains and electrical security strategy deterred the most common of thieves for several weeks, there was one exposure that was left wide open ... running away with the table that the bell was secured to.
