CLUB ASSEMBLY
Club Assembly occurs the first Thursday evening of each month and represents an opportunity for all our E-Club members to meet online for a business meeting.  We get to know each other, the Board members report to the membership, Committee Members present their projects, proposals and requests, and members of the club express their thoughts, ideas, visions and yes, even a good joke!  This is about fellowship and fun and accomplishing our goals. It's about sharing values and serving others.  It's about including the family and developing a sense of community among our membership.

This Club Assembly is special!
Why? (Because Paul is going to sing us a song!  Only kidding!)   Because all our new prospective members are asked to come online for the first time!  So if you have completed and submitted a membership form and are committed to joining this club, we need your presence at this important first time meeting!  It's also not too late to submit the forms if you've missed the May 11th deadline.  Hopefully we will have 25 members online.  If we have 25, that means we are getting chartered for sure and the real fun begins!

It's been a long road this past Rotary year (July 1, 2011- June 30, 2012) getting the infra-structure of this new club developed; forming a Board, getting a website developed, developing a bank account and e-commerce functionality through our website, developing a basic business plan for our club, doing some fundraising to pay for basics, and most importantly, developing stellar webinar programs which benefit not only our members, but visitors from other Rotary clubs within out District and around the world!  What we need now are members, fellow Rotarians that are going to create great projects and serve humanity in so many ways.  We are open to your new ideas and energy and positive thinking!  So come online and let's meet!
