Meet new friends at a ‘Dinner for eight,’
an easy commitment, no heavy lifting
A new round of “Dinners for Eight” is being organized at the Engineers Club of Dayton. It as an excellent opportunity for you to make a short-time commitment that results in getting better acquainted with members you might otherwise not have the opportunity to know.
The program is light and simple. New groups of eight persons will be organized to complete three dinners by March 2014. Each group will have a leader who will get the group started and set the date and tone of welcoming fellowship.
The times to meet will be decided by the members of each group at the initial dinner, so bring your calendars to that first meeting. Each dinner will have a different host. That person or couple will set the tone for conversation or an activity at that particular dinner.
Some “Dinner for Eight” groups in the first round enjoyed it so much that they are continuing.
