 Save the Date: Viva La Vino is set for Friday, September 20, 2013, at San Marino in Troy, at 6:30. We raised $27,881 in 2012 through this event and this year’s event will be even bigger and better.
You will enjoy 32 varieties of premium wine, served at 8 tables with no waiting and without using those annoying dispensers that ruin a fair pour. You will dine on prime rib sandwiches, hot and cold appetizers and desserts and enjoy the music of the Star String Quartet, courtesy of ViaMedia. Birmingham Jewelers will donate fine jewelry and a signature piece for auction. You will have an opportunity to bid on dozens of gift cards for restaurants and an array of goods and services.
If you have any questions or want to help, talk to these folks: Linda Weaver, Chairperson, Michael Caruso, Finance; Tom Gueth, Operations; Louis Harper, Marketing; John Buckert, Scholarships and Dedicated Giving; Ian Anderson, Ticket Sales; Dave Donnellon, Auction Items. We need help with all these functions, plus set up, auction placement and tear down. I am in charge of host servers; our folks did such a good job last year, I am giving them dibs on this year. If any spots open up, I will be calling you.

Please join us for an evening of great food, friends, and fun June 5th, when we install Michael O'Shaughnessey as our next Troy Rotary Club President!
We will also honor this year's secret recipient of the Paul Harris Award, so bring your camera!
Toast Michael O'Shaughnessey for a $20 contribution to local scholarships.
Every Troy Rotarian will be recognized and receive an award.
Tickets are $60/$30 per couple/individual for Troy Rotarians and $45 per guest for non-members, which includes light refreshments. There will be a cash bar.
