The organizations selected for funding provide services focused on improving the literacy of Minneapolis children and adults which fits with Minneapolis Rotary’s vision for improving high school graduation rates. | | Jun 05, 2013 Minneapolis Rotarian Chris Mayr, chief development officer with the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, successfully nominated Jim and Carmen Campbell to receive Minneapolis Rotary’s Service Above Self Award. The award was presented to the Campbell’s at the club’s 31st Annual Service Above Self Award luncheon.
