Jeff Sousa, owner and operator of Ember Yoga in Woodstock joined us at our regular Thursday meeting and explained the benefits of Yoga, how it can help build core strength and flexibility and add to personal growth. Jeff is shown here demonstrating some of the basic Yoga moves.   Jeff invited club members to visit Ember Yoga for a trial visit to the world of Yoga.

Our own Kelly Geiken received the prestigeous Assistant Governor of the Year Award at the District 6910 Annual Conference last month in Ashville, NC.  Kelly is one of 17 assistant governors who help administer the 70 clubs in the district.  District Governor Gene Windham is shown here presenting Kelly with his much deserved award.
