The club collected at the red kettles at Sugarloaf Mills, formerly Discover Mills, for the Salvation Army on December 21st 2012. All of the funds donated stayed inGwinnett County to help to do the work of the Army in the coming year.

The vocational tour to the Salvation Army Gwinnett County on Sugarloaf Parkway was interesting and inspiring. The Corps is lead by Captain Andrew Miller who is a fourth generation Salvation Officer. He is a motivated and inspiring young officer/minister who leads all of the army's employees and volunteers. Captain Miller is also a Rotarian with the Gwinnett Club. We where able to tour the gym which was full of toys and gifts for those Gwinnett county residents that are in need at this time of year.

Rotary Club of Duluth will be manning the red kettles at Sugrloaf Mills, formerly Discover Mills, later this week and all of the funds we raise and donate will be used in Gwinnett County to help to do the work of the Army in the coming year.

The Smiles Tell the Whole Story

Rotary Club of Duluth partnered with the Puerto Plata Rotary Club in the Dominican Republic. The team, headed up by Dr. Laura Dennison from Duluth Rotary, saw 214 people and fit 302 hearing aids.

Make sure to attend Dr. Laura's presentation on April 4th.
Bring a friend/member prospect to hear and see her report.

More pictures are in the Photo Album and on the Rotary Club of Duluth Facebook page.
