The Rotary Club of Oconee County held its annual Chicken BBQ as planned on Saturday, May 4 despite the rainy weather. Customers were happy to support the club and drive up for their BBQ chicken grilled and hand packaged by our Rotary Club. Alliance for Smiles is an international service project of Rotary International. The Rotary Club of Oconee County learned more about this project at a club meeting on April 23, 2013. The group provides free reconstructive surgery and dental treatment to children with cleft lip and palate anomalies in underserved areas of the world. |
