Services for Bob Fleming will be held on January 18, 2011 beginning at 9:00 AM at Annandale United Methodist Church. A reception at the church will follow.Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery at 1:00 PM. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Bob Fleming be made to either the Annandale United Methodist Church or to The PolioPlus Fund of The Rotary Foundation.
