Evan Jeffords introduced our speakers, Jennifer Stupica and Janet Noonan, representing the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Each year since its inception in 1985 approximately 20 up and coming leaders in the community are selected to participate in this program designed to cultivate leadership resources by giving participants the opportunity to study and experience the area's history, government, economy, human services and culture. The program runs from August through May with one day-long class each month including an overnight weekend retreat and a mid-week overnight trip. Deadline for application to the program is May 31 with selection shortly thereafter. If you are interested for yourself, an employee or friend, you are encouraged to make application in the remaining days of May or wait until next year's program. For additional information or an application please call 843-341-8369, visit www.leadershiphhib.org or CLICK HERE.
