The Windsor Rotary Club teams with other service clubs in the community to present an illustrated dictionary to every third grade studentin Windsor public schools. Often the dictionary is the only book in a child'shousehold and it becomes a treasure passed around to family members. Over theyears we have found the greatest testimonial for this project comes from thosethat have received the dictionary.See letters in Photos below.

TheRotary Club of Windsor has provided service and funding to benefit ourcommunity since 1987.  It is criticallyimportant to our members that we supportprojects that “touch people’s hearts”, impact the quality of life for membersof our community and have the opportunity for “hands on” experiences for ourclub members.

Weare pleased to provide our community the opportunity to submit a Request for "HandsOn" Project.  Community "HandsOn" Project requests are requests around $1,500.  Selected "HandsOn" Project requests are evaluated relative to the degree to which they meetthe following criteria.

o  serves economically challenged groups

o  requested funding approximately  $1,500
