From DG Alex in regards to the Haiti earthquake: In checking the RI Website there is a DAF set up with TRF and you can find a link to information about it on both www.rotary.org and www.7020.org. They have established a Rotary NGO in Haiti and have Rotarians on the ground to assure that money and supplies are used as intended.

The South Kitsap Rotary club is sponsoring a fund raiser "HelpStrike Out Hunger" for the South Kitsap Helplineon February 13th at the H-Joy Bowlingalley in Port Orchard on the corner of Mile Hill and Bethel Road . Registration is from 12:00 to 1:00 PM . The total cost for 3 games is $12. Please bring your family or friends andenjoy this great event. Prizes willbe available and food donations are accepted. | |
The Annual Rotary Putt Putt tournament is coming up. Tickets for the event are 5.00 each. Raffle tickets will be available at the event for some great prize plus a hole in one, oversize chip, marshmallow long drive and best poker hand.
Food and beverages (the adult kind included) will be available at the event.
Prizes for the event include (and are not limited to) a fishing trip with a real guide, golf packages, a kids bicycle, gift certificates, we even have some stuff for the ladies this year and lets not forget about the cash.
