- Equipment trailer volunteers: Unloading equipment outside the trailer, and returning it to the trailer after the last paddler returns, handing information to crew managers and collecting any needed paperwork.

- Wristbands and Pre-marshalling: Instructing teams for marshalling and checking wristbands.
- Lane Timers: Timing boats through the race.
- Equipment: Supervision of PFD's and paddles, ensuring equipment is properly returned.
