The Rotary Club of Everett honors three Students of the Month from Everett area high schools. Students from Everett High School, Cascade High School, and Archbishop Murphy High School are invited to attend lunch with the club every third Tuesday between October and April. These awards are presented in collaboration with the counselors from each of the schools; counselors work to select the students who have shown the qualities of leadership and scholarship in their community. Each Student of the Month is asked to give a short presentation to the club on a theme selected by the Youth Foundation Education Committee. Their stories provide inspiration to club members and reinforce the commitment the club has to the support of students in the community.
