2013 – 2014 Excellence in Education Scholarships and Grants
The Rotary Club of Hollis Brookline announces the availability of Scholarships and Grants for the academic year 2013 – 2014. This year, scholarships are available for high school seniors and for students already in college and are prior year winners of this award. We also have a teacher grant and a grant as part of the enrichment program.
College Scholarships for High School Seniors
Eligibility:
Hollis Brookline Rotary Club has available up to two multi-year scholarships for a possible total of $4000.00 each, offered on a competitive basis to High School Seniors who are residents of either Hollis or Brookline. The award will be spread over a four year period. Students are expected to maintain a good academic standing and also be involved in community service in order to receive the scholarships in subsequent years.

College Scholarships for College Students
Eligibility:
For the academic year 2013-14, Hollis Brookline Rotary Club has available up to six scholarships for $1000.00 each. They are offered on a competitive basis only to prior students of Hollis Brookline High School who were awarded this Rotary scholarship at graduation and who are currently enrolled as full-time students in an accredited college, university or in an accredited vocational institution.

Teacher Grants
Eligibility:
One Teacher grant which may be up to $750 is being offered to teachers or professional staff at the Kindergarten through 12th grade levels at any public school in Hollis or Brookline.

Eligibility:
One Enrichment Grant of up to $750 is available for each of the six Hollis and Brookline schools.
