Cities area as well as south and central Minnesota. Use the district

Meeting Make-Ups
Be sure to report your make-ups as soon as possible after attending another meeting and no later than the 10th of the following month. Make-ups for each month are reported to our District and RI following the 10th. If your make-ups come in later than the 10th, they will be credited to the month in which they are received. In addition, members are given credit on their invoice for any make-ups at other Rotary Clubs. Therefore, timely reporting allows the Club Administrator to include these make-ups on the next invoice. Make-up information can be mailed to Rotary Club of Edina, 2417 Unity Ave. N., Golden Valley, MN 55422 or preferably e-mailed to Club Administrator Jennifer Garske at jengarskrotary@gmail.com.
Also, every make-up must include the following four items:
(1) Member's name
(2) locations of make-up (many clubs do not have this printed on their make-up cards),
(3) date of make-up
(4) date of missed meeting to apply make-up.
