Challenge every Rotarian to live the 4-way Test
 
Understand and live this year's Rotary Theme
"Reach wthin to Embrace Humanity"
Encourage each Rotarian to take part in projects to embrace humnaity
 
RI Presidential Citations:
All 30 Clubs will receive RI Presidential Citation
All clubs will strive to meet "Changemaker Award" goals
All 30 clubs will be represented at the District Conference
 
Local and Global Projects
Support "Stop Hunger Now" and "Shelterbox" projects
Support local food banks and utility assistance programs
 
Membership Goals
Ensure District is in compliance with RI membership requirements
Meet goal of 1,200-plus members by July 1, 2012
 Establish, plan and fund public relations program to assist membership development campaign
 
Every Rotarian Every Year resulting in $100 per member
Reach at least one new Paul Harris Fellow per club (30)
Reach at least three new Major Donors
Reach at least 10 new Benefactors
Increase number of 100 percent PHF clubs by three
 
Governor Office Goals
Implement "Back to Basics" program to strengthen clubs and develop club and district leadership.
Promote all five avenues of services including New Generations
Broaden awareness of Rotary in the community
Ensure all clubs file 990 tax forms
