Our guest speaker this week is Paige Bridges. Paige is a local artist and will make a presentation on "Vintage Trailer Art" and also talk about her "Miracle".
We will meet at the Church of Christ building. Some concerns regarding heating and cooling of Mitchall Hall have surfaced and we need to have those issues looked into before we permanently change locations.
Our next board meeting is Friday, Oct. 7th at 11AM at the Church of Christ. If you need a make-up, this meeting will count as one!
Membership Minute by Randi Duckworth
Membership is our number one priority! Our membership is shrinking and we need to reverse this trend. We have some good programs lined up for the next two months. If you know someone who will make a great member, please invite him or her to join us for lunch one week. Part of our duty as a Rotarian is to bring in new members. If we all work together, we can help grow and strengthen our club. The more members we have, the more help we have for our projects. As an extra incentive, if we can increase our membership enough, we can afford to REDUCE our dues.
The best way to find a new member is to ASK!
Dues by Vickie Scholten
Monthly and 2nd Quarter Statements will be emailed this week. Please bring your payment Friday or drop it in the mail to PO Box 44. Our operating expenses are paid from the income of member dues. Your timely payments allow us to pay our international and district dues and our caterer. If you wish to continue to eat lunch on Friday, please pay your dues so that we can pay Elsa.
