NEW! Custom Email Signatures

You are now able to customize your email signature to include any information you would like on every outgoing message from the ClubRunner system. By default, every email sent out is set to include the member name and club. With this update, any current or prospective member to whom emails are sent will be able to save your information and contact you whenever required!

We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new and improved support system, where you can get more information and get more familiar with the features and functionality of your club or district site. You can submit a support ticket, search the Knowledgebase or download helpful “how to” documents, all in a user friendly interface!

Feature Update: Event Planner

The newly updated Event Planner feature now gives you the ability to decline attendance to an event, add comments to each registrant and select multiple members to attend or decline an event at once.

If you have an access level of Club Editor or greater, once you login to your site and select the desired event, you can view all club members who received an invitation to that event and manage your registration list.

New Feature: Active Member Request Update

Need members to update their profile? You can now send them a request to do so! The Active Member Request Update feature allows you to review how recently your members' profiles were updated, and by whom. Send out an email to each member displaying their current profile details and request an update if required. In order to access this feature, you must have an access level of Club Executive (level 50) or greater.

Once the email has been sent to the member, it will appear within their inbox exactly as it would if they were logged into the ClubRunner system. If all information is correct, the member doesn’t need to do anything. To make any changes to the information, they simply click on the Update button located at the top and bottom of the email message, which takes members to a password page, followed by a direct link to their profile.   • Choose a preferred address, email and preferred nickname to be displayed in the member directory

  • See list of club events and add them to your personal online calendar

    NEW! Committees Module

    A new and improved module to manage all club and district committee listings! With this new feature, once logged into your club's site, you are able to view a listing all yearly and standing committees and all associated members, complete with their designations and contact information. You can also create sub-committees, upload relevant documents to share and send targeted emails to committee members.

    ClubRunner Now Compatible with RI Databases

    This highly anticipated upgrade was just released today and will impact records changed and updated as of August 8, 2008. All new member additions, termination and changes of address and name will be tracked and can be automatically relayed to the RI databases. Available through the ClubRunner District sites, this feature tracks all member updates made by clubs whether through the club or district sites.
