Functions of Clubrunner for the District Secretary:

• Attendance compilation
• Communication – email service
• District Organisation Chart – must be updated for next year prior to end of June.  Will change over automatically on 1 July 09.
• Club Presidents and Secretaries for 2009-2010.  If these are not correct the whole system will not work.  So although club secretaries should do this it worth checking.  
• DG Newsletter
• RI reporting
