Successful Wheel Chair Distribution to El Salvador

With our "very successful" District 7010 wheelchair distribution to El Salvador completed, our thoughts are now directed towards Ecuador. For the last year planning and fund-raising has also been directed towards a 3 container (800 chair) distribution in the rural areas of Samborondon (near the port city of Guayaquil) and the city of Cuenca in the state of Azuay. As we witnessed in El Salvador, Octavio Jarrin and his team of Rotarians from the Club Rotario La Puntilla are extremely enthusiastic and anxious to get on with the project. More...
