Under the Future Vision Pilot Program, the Rotary Foundation Scholarships will be funded as Global Grants, but will retain their ambassadorial nature in District 5890. Please refer to the 2013-14 Global Scholarships Grants Information Package link that is available on the web site for more information on the mechanics of the process.
A link for the application form is also available, and my be filled out on line, and printed to be sent in, or printed out, to be filled out by the applcant. There are parts of the application form which must be printed out and filled out by persons other than the applicant. The application form must be endorsed by a Rotary club in District 5890, and returned in its completed form, by January 4, 2013 to Scholarship Committee Chair Bill Barmore. The application is not to be sent directly to the Rotary Foundation.
The interviews will be held only on Saturday, February 2, 2013; if an applicant is unable to be interviewed in person that day, due to a scheduling conflict, he/she will not be eligible for consideration for a scholarship.
