the food served at Brazosport Rotary's Shrimp Boil fund raiser. It
included 750 lbs. of fish, 1,400 lbs. of shrimp, 200 lbs. of beans and
650 lbs. of potatoes.
Besides
offering a shrimp and fish meal, the Club held a live and silent
auction and a car raffle. This year, eight lucky car ticket holders
each received a car key but only one started the winning car. The event
netted $156,836 and will fund the club's numerous local and
international projects.
