|Key elements to ensure meeting the youth exchange requirements from Rotary International, the US Department of State, and the Council for Student International Education and Travel (CSIET) are:
1) Adherence to the requirements by the host clubs
2) The retention of records to show visible proof that the requirements were met.

Our goal is to streamline the compliance process as much as possible while retaining quality in our program.
