 | Key elements to ensure meeting the youth exchange requirements from Rotary International, the US Department of State, and the Council for Student International Education and Travel (CSIET) are:
1) Adherence to the requirements by the host clubs 2) The retention of records to show visible proof that the requirements were met.

Audits
are conducted on a yearly basis. Findings from an audit, if negative,
can result in both our district and all of South Central Rotary Youth
Exchange being put on probation.
Our goal is to streamline the compliance process as much as possible while retaining quality in our program.
Keys for Success
1)
A champion in each Rotary Club who is detail oriented, is active with emails, and will
ensure records are completed with minimal intervention from the
district. 2) A user friendly on-line process
A major
element in the on-line process is the Scorecard, which will be updated
by the district to provide up-to-date visibility to the clubs on their
status for meeting the requirements.
