CMA Artist-of-the-Year Kelly McGuire and ABC13's Tim Heller to Highlight May 9 Bellaire Rotary Luau

(Houston / Bellaire, Texas) The Texas Country Music Association's 2002 Indie Artist of the Year, Kelly McGuire, and ABC13's Tim Heller will highlight this year's Bellaire/Southwest Rotary Carribbean Luau Fish Fry on Saturday, May 9, from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. at the Bellaire Civic Center (7008 S.
