 | Please consider doing your part by joining the Polio Plus Society. To
join the Society, you must agree to give $100 or more to The Rotary Foundation for Polio
Plus each year until this disease is eradicated. Yes, your spouse,
children and friends can also be members. We
already have 306 Polio Plus Society Members in our District who will be
receiving their unique Polio Plus Society pins at the 2010 District

Congratulations to each of you who have personally participated in Polio Plus by giving of your cash to The Rotary Foundation, by collecting funds from the public, by publicizing our Polio Eradication effort, or by attending an immunization event here or abroad.
Thanks to the help of Rotarians worldwide and our Polio Plus partners, we are headed in the right direction to end this centuries old disease. But we are not done yet. This past weekend, 400,000 volunteers joined with Polio Survivor Desmond Tutu to immunize 85 million children under age 5 in 19 countries in Central and West Africa.
