You can also make hotel reservations on-line by clicking on the link on the left side of this web page. When you get to the Hyatt Lost Pines web page, you must first select the number of room nights that you will be staying at the hotel (1-4+). This is because our contract has different rates depending on the number of nights that we stay, with lower rates for four nights, then three nights, etc.
Once you have selected the number of nights, then you may select the actual days that you will be staying at the hotel, and then click the "Search" button. The rates for Deluxe Double and Standard KIng rooms are the same. There are also 33 Junior Suites available for an increased rate, if you wish to reserve more luxurious accomodations; these are available on and after April 27th. If you visit the hotel web site, and want to reserve anything larger than a Junior Suite, please call the hotel at 1-888-421-1442. We have reduced rates for all suites in the hotel for the Conference.
