Website Basics for Members


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Between District and RI website: There is no direct link, both websites DO NOT SHARE the same login ID, password and database.
  • Between District and clubs currently subscribing to ClubRunner: Both websites SHARE the same login ID, password, member database and Club infomation.


FIRST TIME USERS

  • Login as First time users, select club name, enter last name and email address (same email recorded in the database), ClubRunner will immediately email you ID and password.
  • If your club is ClubRunner Subscribers - use the same login name and password as your club website.


MEMBERS CAN:


CLUB PRESIDENTS & SECRETARIES CAN:

  • Update membership information.
  • Update Club information.
  • Report attendance. (For ClubRunner Subscribers, you can report attendance figures directly from your club website, see Help from your Club website.
  • Find out how to do the above from The Basics for Club Executives.


DISTRICT LEADERSHIP TEAM CAN:

  • Access Email Communication and Event Planner
  • In some cases,access District Bulletin and Editing Site pages.
  • Find out how to do the above from Email Communication and Event Planner
