Interact is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young people ages 14-18. The program gives young people an opportunity to participate in fun, meaningful service projects while developing leadership skills and meeting new friends.
Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. Rotaract clubs are usually community-based or university-based and are sponsored by a local Rotary club making them true "partners in service" and key members of the Rotary family.
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive training program for community youth leaders. Young people chosen for their leadership potential attend an all-expenses-paid seminar to discuss leadership skills and to hone those skills through practice.
Youth Exchange is the most popular program, which allows students ages 15-19 to experience another way of life by living abroad with a host family. The program is administered by Rotary clubs, districts and multidistrict groups.
The Rotary Overseas Summer Exchange (ROSE) program provides the opportunity for students age 15 to 19 to participate in an international exchange during their summer holidays.
