Every amount contributed to The Rotary Foundation is spent in support of humanitarian, educational, and cultural programs and their operations.
Some of the ways the Foundation can use your contribution:
- US$100 can buy textbooks for one elementary school in Zambia
- $5,000 can buy vaccine to immunize 10,000 children against polio
- $26,000 can buy an academic-year Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarship
- $120,000 can buy funding for two Rotary World Peace Fellows to complete a two-year graduate program
- $500 helps provide a small watch-repair business for six disabled workers in the Philippines.
