In Case of Abuse or Harassment, Youth Protection Contact information is included in the last page of the policy manual.
All Rotarians and volunteers who will be involved with youth must 1) attend the District's Youth Abuse & Harassment Protection Training; 2) complete the Youth Volunteer Affidavit (for Host Families and Rotary Counselor and Waiver - on pages 10 - 12 of the District's policy manual); and 3) complete the background chek application.

A check for $6.00 made payable to Rotary District 5260 for each background check, should be attached and the completed form sent to Rich Miller's office at:

District 5260 is committed to creating and maintaining the safest possible environment for all participants in Rotary activities. It is the duty of all Rotarians, Rotarians' spouses, partners, and/or any other volunteers to safeguard to the best of their ability the welfare of and to prevent the physical, sexual, or emotional abuse of children and young people with whom they come into contact. It is each person's responsibility to be familiar with the entire Rotary District 5260 Youth Policy, the Reporting Guidelines, Affidavits, Host Applications, and all reporting forms. Each person who will work with Youth in any capacity must complete and sign the Rotary District 5260 Youth Volunteer Affidavit and Waiver. A copy of these documents is at the end of the Policy Manual.
