Rotary International's center for online learning has been developed for independent study of R.I. information.  Rotary Internatonal is the association of Rotary clubs; therefore; all training aims to educate Rotarians who are members in effective clubs.  

Effective clubs are able to:

• Sustain and increase membership
• Implement successful service projects
• Support The Rotary Foundationa (TRF)
• Develop leaders beyond the club level
