As a District we have made a further commitment to increase the District by 143 new members or a net gain of 10% by June 30, 2009. Therefore we ask that all clubs join us in two programs of challenge and growth for membership.

The "Membership Challenge" and "MARBLE" programs.

Membership Challenge

Rotary Clubs commit to the Challenge by placing an application form with $100.00 in one of two classifications of total members, fifty or less and fifty one or more members. One club in each classification group having the largest net increase of members from July 1, 2008 thru June 30, 2009 will be awared one half the monies collected from all entries. Monies will be used to award a Paul Harris or as dollars with an International Project.

Over 1400 Members in District 5630 are committed to carrying a marble in their pocket for District Governor Tom Kraus. When you have shared the vision of Rotary and sponsored one new member return your marble to your club president. As an Author of the 1930's Napoleon Hill stated, "Human thoughts have a tendency to transform themselves into their physical equivalence." As we carry the "Marble" let us be mindful of our commitment to Rotary and share the opportunity of Membership.
