Filing deadline is August 15, 2009!

There are some important changes to be aware of.

1) Applications may be mailed, faxed, or emailed this year.
            (But, see restrictions)

2) The applications should be sent directly to the Grants Subcommittee Chair.
            (Not to Assistant Governors as in prior years)
