A new chapter of former Rotary Youth Exchange students has been formed in the Greater-Houston area and is in search of members.    

All former Rotary Youth Exchange students are welcome to join! 

The goals of Rotex are:
1. Network and bond with other former exchange students
2. Help Rotary promote the program - finding and recruiting new exchange students
3. Help Rotary with the process - interviewing and attending exchange student  orientations
4. Hang out with future and current exchanges student on their year
5. Stay involved with Rotary

Events that need Rotex involvement: 
 
*Orientation - March 29 - San Jacinto College South -- Rotex members need to bring blazers and scrapbooks to demonstrate to the outbound students.  They can stay the entire day or just for the presentation at 1:15-1:45pm.

*Host Family Appreciation Banquet - Alvin May 18 - more details to come. 
 
*Summer Camp - tentatively being held June 20-22 or June 27-29 - Houston

*SCRYE Conference - July 20-22 - Houston
