District 6760 uses three different primary communications to keep Rotarians informed: 1) The DG's Monthly Letter, published at the beginning of each month. It highlights upcoming RI and District events such as the Convention and District Assembly and Conference. It also calls attention to special or unusaul accomplishments of Clubs or individuals. And, it is used by the DG to report on matters requiring attention and to share inspirational Rotary stories and programs. 2) The District Newsletter, published at the middle of the month. It shares Club and District activities, events and accomplishments. Committee chairs are urged to use the Newsletter to advertise their upcoming events and share pictures and stories of what they have accomplished. 3) Special "Blast" emails: These are issued as needed and sent to selected audiences by email to alert Rotarians and Clubs of uncoming programs, due-dates and special events. Examples of "Blasts" are "Amb. Scholar Program Dates for the Year," "District Simplified Grants Application Window now open" and "Candidates for Group Study Exchange Program Sought."
