Annual RYLA Conference
2009 Participation Invitation
Rotary District 7640 has scheduled its milestone 30th annual RYLA Conference from June 21, 2009 - June 25, 2009. On behalf of your District RYLA Committee and District Governor Ralph Owen, we request your continued support of this valuable youth educational program. On this page you will find a detailed package that will guide you and your Club through the selection process for the Conference. The Committee strongly urges that you do the following immediately:
Complete and return the "RYLA Conference Reservation Form" - page 4 of the RYLA package - along with your club check for the total due. The form and check must be received by MARCH 15, 2009. Mail them to Larry Lyford, RYLA Committee Treasurer, 114 Bergen Avenue, Voorhees, NJ 08043. Do not use any prior addresses. We have been able to hold the fee for another year to $350.00 per conferee.
We had 154 conferees in 2008. Because of the large amount of work that must be done by the RYLA staff and Rotarian's to prepare a quality program, it is imperative that all due dates be honored - plan accordingly. The committee relies on YOU to assure that the conferee applications are legible and complete in all respects.
