Service Above Self is the principal Rotary motto. Every Rotarian is responsible for fi nding ways to improve the quality of life in his or her community and communities around the world through service projects. Through a careful process of project selection, planning, and evaluation, Rotary clubs can successfully carry out service projects that address such community needs.
