Troubleshooting login problems

 
You may have cookies disabled on your browser. To fix this problem on Internet Explorer, please follow these steps:

Note: This does not enable all cookies to be accepted, only those from ClubRunner.
  • Go to Tools -> Internet Options
  • Click on the Privacy tab
  • Click on the Edit button under Web Sites
  • Type in clubrunner.ca (DO NOT HIT ENTER!)
  • Press the Allow button. You should now see it under the list of managed web sites.
  • Press OK, then OK again.
Restart your browser and try to login again. If you are still experiencing problems, contact support@clubrunner.ca.
