While you are on the main Club Attendance page, you can see what the last reported month was for each club. If a particular club is falling behind in the attendance reporting, you can easily send a reminder email with the click of a mouse.
To remind a club to input attendance:
Login to the District website, and go to the Admin page.
Click on Clubs Attendance Management, under the "District, Clubs and Membership" section.
Click on Enter Club's Attendance Figures.
Click on Remind next to the appropriate club. You will see a preview of what the email will be. It will be sent to the attendance manager, with a carbon copy (cc) to the club president.
