Remind all clubs to input attendance

 
While you are on the main Club Attendance page, you can see what the last reported month was for each club. If a particular club is falling behind in the attendance reporting, you can easily send a reminder email with the click of a mouse.

You can however, choose to remind all clubs to enter their attendance. To remind all clubs to input attendance:
  • Login to the District website, and go to the Admin page.
  • Click on Clubs Attendance Management, under the "District, Clubs and Membership" section.
  • Click on Enter Club's Attendance Figures.
  • Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, and click on Send reminder to all clubs. You will see a preview of what the email will be. It will be sent to the attendance manager, with a carbon copy (cc) to the club president.
  • Press Send, or Return to cancel changes.
