7:30 – 8:00 p.m. Opening Remarks by District Governors
8:00 p.m. Mariachi Show Band, Ice Breaker - Dress for the event will be Mexican or Texas Traditional. . A prize will be award for the man and woman judge to sporting the "best" Mexican and Texas traditional outfit.!! Professional photo booth for fun and entertainment.
9:30 p.m. Hospitality Suites Open
Saturday, September 15th
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 Opening Plenary Session
10:30 a.m. – Spouses Program Begins – depart for Outlet Stores
10:45 a.m. – Noon – Second Plenary Session – Heartbeat International
2:30 – 5:00 p.m. – Club Meeting with Partners
5:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Embassy Suites Social Hour – Hospitality Rooms Open
8:00 p.m. – Dinner, Music, Awards, Getaway Weekend Winner Announced
